高低温交变试验箱箱体结构及主要特征 

高低温交变试验箱整体结构介绍 

1．整个箱体外壳均由1.2mm冷板经数控机床制作静电喷涂而成，颜色为浅驼色；试验室内壁材料为SUS304高级防腐蚀不锈钢板，结构设计合理、制造工艺精良、内外表美观。依试验室温度要求，保温层厚度设计为：100mm。 

2．试验箱门结构：单开门。门锁，铰链等五金配件为日本 “TAKEN” 原装进口配件。 

3. 箱门均带导电膜中空玻璃观察视窗，观察窗尺寸200×300mm。观察玻璃上带有电子加热器，防止冷凝和除霜。 

4．箱内后部设有空气调节系统，箱内后部装有可调式送风装置。 

5．门与门框之间采用进口密封材料及*特的硅胶密封结构，密封性能好。 

6．内箱与外箱之间的保温材料为优质**细玻璃纤维保温棉，对冷或热的保温都起良好的作用。

高低温交变试验箱空气循环系统 

      风道系统位于试验箱后部的夹层，其内分布加热器、风叶、蒸发器等装置。当风机高速旋转时，将工作室中空气吸入风道内，与加热器产生的热量从风道吹出，在工作室中与试品进行热交换，热交换后的空气再被吸入风道内进行混匀；反复循环，从而达到目标温度要求，同时保证试验箱内获得较高的温度均匀度指标。
